These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are an agreement between Anindahosting.com ("Anindahosting", "us", "our", or the “Company”) and you ("User" or "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Anindahosting and of the Anindahosting.com website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.

Anything else that can result in SpamHause listing, Botnets & DDosing, Trademark infringement, Copyright infringement, Spamming, Hacking Activities, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Phishing & malware, Violent threats and harassment.
Our company is not responsible for illegal content.
FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Paid Services through the end of your current Subscription Term. We may, in our sole discretion, discount, or credit (“Credits”) to you in a specific instance, however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.
Your service will be suspended 1 day after the due date of the service renewal invoice.
In case your service has been suspended, there will be no way to access any data or configurations, while the invoice payment is not made.
Your service will be canceled 14 days after the due date of the service renewal invoice.
Our company will not be responsible for any data loss that may occur after the service cancellation.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Anindahosting's backup service runs once a week and overwrites any of our previous backups. Only one week of backups are kept at a time.
In virtual server systems, a complete system backup is taken. VPS-based single backup is not available. Backup can be restored only when the entire system crashes. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the backup of his own virtual server.
Anindahosting shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Anindahosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the Services. Anindahosting disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including loss of data resulting from delays, delivery failures, wrong deliveries, and any and all service interruptions caused by Anindahosting or our employees.
The Republic of Turkey Sivas Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise during the implementation of this Agreement.
You cannot exceed the CPU and Disk usage limit defined for your package. The disk space included in your package is for hosting web files. It is unacceptable to use it as a data storage service such as zip, rar, iso, mp3 and mp4.
We do not measure bandwidth cap, but it cannot be used for video playback and streaming.
